Payment and Refunds Policy
A deposit is required to secure your reservation. The deposit amount and payment schedule will be specified in your booking contract. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and ACH transfers. Corporate clients may arrange invoicing.
The balance is due before or on the day of service as specified in your contract. Late payments may result in cancellation of your reservation.
Cancellations: Cancellations made 7+ days before the event may receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 7 days may be subject to a partial or full charge depending on the circumstances. Specific terms are outlined in your booking contract.
No-shows: Failure to appear for a confirmed reservation will result in forfeiture of the full payment. No refunds will be issued for no-shows.
